About Me

I specialise in supporting individuals through the challenges of trauma, loss, and PTSD. As a consulting psychologist, I use Transactional Analysis and Psychodrama. These approaches offer practical tools to understand past experiences and process difficult emotions. Together, we can build inner strength in a safe space and find your path forward.

Approach

Conversations often shift into small experiments where feelings and memories are noticed, named and gently reenacted to reveal new choices. In Moscow or online in Russian, sessions move at your pace—sometimes steady talk, sometimes brief role-led exercises that stay anchored to your safety and boundaries. Between meetings I may offer short reflections or structured invitations so your discoveries carry into daily life. This way suits adults facing loss, abuse or lingering trauma who want practical, embodied change.
