About Me

I offer compassionate psychotherapy, drawing on extensive experience to support individuals and families. From under 5s to adults and couples, I provide a safe space. Here, we can explore challenging emotions and find clarity. My aim is to help you navigate life's complexities with greater understanding and resilience. Clients appreciate my calm, empathetic approach in sessions.

My sessions start with what matters most to you right now, noticing patterns in behaviour, relationships and routines and shaping a clear, manageable plan together. In Cape Town or online, in English, I keep a calm, paced rhythm — mixing gentle play or structured observation with short, practical tasks you can try between meetings. Parents and teens often find the combination of thoughtful reflection and hands-on strategies helpful, and couples appreciate how we translate insights into everyday shifts.
