About Me

I guide young adults, adults, couples, and groups towards greater self-awareness and personal growth. Drawing on Gestalt Therapy, I help clients explore their present experiences and identify patterns. My Counseling and coaching approach supports individuals and relationships in navigating life's challenges. This process fosters deeper understanding and stronger connections, creating a safe space for meaningful change.

Approach

Working from moment-to-moment experience, I invite you to notice patterns in feeling, body and interaction and to try small experiments that reveal new choices. In my Utrecht practice and online sessions, offered in Dutch and English, we pace work to fit daily life—short check-ins, focused dialogue, and practical steps between meetings to test what shifts. Therapy often mixes direct relational work with gentle coaching to strengthen attention, boundaries and coping. People facing transitions, relationship strain or addictive patterns tend to find this approach helpful.
