About Me

I am a psychotherapist in City Center, Western Cape, South Africa. I treat children and adolescents affected by abuse with trauma-focused therapy and clear safety plans. I support families navigating adoption concerns through assessment, counseling and practical steps.

Approach

An experienced and compassionate child psychotherapist working predominantly with children under ten.

My work is informed by the humanistic and existential schools of psychotherapy. These established psychotherapeutic models are "person” and “meaning” centred. You, the client, has all the answers to the problems in your life. Sometimes things stand in the way of seeing this and it will be our task to work together to unlock your potential with the help of effective, empathic, non-judgmental, listening.
