About Me

I am a Registered Member MBACP psychosexual therapist in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. I treat abuse, sex addiction and relationship issues for individuals and couples. I offer divorce counselling, online therapy, psychodynamic therapy and EMDR.

Approach

Helping couples improve communication and intimacy, I keep sessions focused and practical, gently exploring patterns that protect and limit connection. From Rotherham I work with adults and couples via secure video in English, Arabic or Italian, creating a contained online space with clear pacing and regular check‑ins. Therapy blends short exercises, reflective exploration and trauma‑sensitive work so partners learn new ways to speak, repair and rebuild desire; between sessions there are brief practices to consolidate change. People seeking straightforward, compassionate guidance often find this approach useful.
