I am a clinical psychologist in private practice. The Psychology of Shalom is an integrative approach to healing and personal growth that centres on wholeness, dignity, and free choice. It views people as shaped by their past, relationships, and circumstances, yet never defined by them. By bringing together insight from psychology, embodied awareness, and ethical reflection, this approach helps individuals move toward greater clarity, self-respect, and meaningful connection. Healing is understood not simply as reducing distress, but as restoring inner coherence, strengthening agency, and supporting people to live with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

About Me

About Me – Professional Directory I am a clinical psychologist with decades of experience working with individuals seeking depth, clarity, and lasting change. My approach is integrative and grounded in what I describe as the Psychology of Shalom—a framework centred on wholeness, dignity, and free choice. I offer a calm, thoughtful therapeutic space where people feel safe to explore complex emotional patterns, identity questions, and long-standing difficulties without pressure or judgment. My work draws on psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, narrative and systems thinking, personality psychology, and somatic awareness. I pay close attention not only to insight, but to how experiences live in the body and nervous system, helping clients move toward greater regulation, coherence, and inner safety. I work collaboratively and at a pace that respects each person’s readiness, supporting deep integration rather than quick fixes. I believe therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about understanding what has been protecting you and helping you reclaim clarity, agency, and self-respect. My aim is to support people in becoming more fully themselves and living with greater responsibility, meaning, and connection.

Approach

My work is grounded in what I call the Psychology of Harmony — an integrative approach to healing that centres on wholeness, dignity, and free choice. I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what has been difficult. You don’t have to perform, explain everything clearly, or rush toward answers. We take things at your pace, allowing insight and change to unfold naturally. Rather than telling you who you are or what you should do, I walk alongside you as you rediscover your own clarity, strength, and inner authority. Our work gently explores patterns, emotional struggles, and the ways you may have learned to protect yourself over time. This includes attention to both your inner world and your lived experience — thoughts, feelings, relationships, and the body — so that change is not just understood, but felt and integrated. Therapy here is not about fixing what is “broken.” It is about understanding what has been protecting you, restoring a sense of coherence and safety within yourself, and supporting you to live with greater compassion, clarity, and purpose.
