As a Counseling psychologist, I offer a queer affirmative and trauma informed space for young adults. We can gently explore what you're experiencing, drawing from an eclectic, client-centred approach. Using methods like EFT, I help you process difficult emotions. This tailored support creates a safe place to navigate life's complexities. We foster resilience and understanding at your own pace.

Sessions move at your pace, focusing on felt experience, relationship patterns and small experiments that help feelings become clearer and more manageable. I work in English and Hindi/Urdu, meeting in Jammu or online, keeping practical check-ins between appointments when helpful. In-session you'll find gentle reflection, emotion-focused exercises and collaborative planning so insights translate into everyday choices around relationships and personal growth. This way of working often suits young people navigating identity, connection and recovery from difficult experiences.
