Sessions feel collaborative and warmly curious as we gently trace how early relationships, current stresses, and broader social forces shape your mood, anxiety, and connections. I meet with you online from my Boston practice in English, keeping sessions steady and accessible while tailoring pacing to what feels manageable. In-session we track patterns, experiment with new ways of relating, and sometimes use focused techniques to process intense memories; between sessions I offer reflections or short practices to reinforce insights. This way of working often fits adults, couples, and parents seeking deeper understanding and change.
