I offer dedicated support if you or your family are navigating the complexities of trauma or attachment challenges. My work with women and children centres on fostering healing and secure connections. I integrate gentle EMDR and somatic work to help you process difficult experiences. This approach helps release past burdens, build resilience, and move towards greater well-being.
Approach

In our Parker office, English sessions are paced to match each person—sometimes quiet and body-focused, sometimes practical and movement-based between meetings to practice new ways of connecting. Sessions blend gentle bilateral processing with playful, age‑appropriate tasks for children and reflective coaching for caregivers so skills transfer into daily life.
