I bring over a decade of experience as a psychologist, working across educational, special needs, and community mental health settings. This broad background allows me to support individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges. I aim to create a calm, collaborative space where we can make sense of your experiences. Approach

I aim for sessions that balance attentive listening with practical pacing, so we notice patterns and try small, manageable steps toward change. Sessions are held in English, either in Singapore or online, and tend to move at a steady rhythm — a mix of focused reflection, targeted coping strategies, and opportunities to process difficult material safely. Between sessions I often suggest brief exercises or observations to help new ways of thinking take hold. This approach suits children, adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma or learning challenges.
