About Me

I offer a sensitive, open-minded space for those who feel different or struggle to fit in. Perhaps you are a Highly Sensitive Person, neurodivergent, or a parent of a high needs child. I help you gently navigate these unique experiences. Our sessions foster self-acceptance and understanding. Here, all parts of you are truly seen and valued in a welcoming environment.

Approach

Here the work unfolds at a gentle, steady pace that follows your rhythm and honours how you sense and think. In session we attune to overwhelm, name patterns and try small, practical experiments—breathing, brief planning, or short reflective tasks between meetings—to build predictability and ease. I offer sessions in English from Edmonton and online across Alberta so we can shape supports that fit your day-to-day life. This way often suits adults, parents and neurodivergent people seeking clearer coping tools and kinder self-knowledge.
