About Me

When words feel insufficient, I offer Drama and Movement Therapy to help you explore difficult experiences. This approach can be especially helpful if you are navigating depression, anxiety, eating disorders, or trauma. We can use movement, stories, or creative play to uncover insights and find new ways forward. My trauma-focused and disability-affirmative approach ensures a truly supportive and inclusive space for your unique journey.

Approach

Grounded in creative practice, sessions often begin with gentle movement, storytelling or playful experiments that help name sensations when words fall short. I offer short, held invitations and we notice responses together; pacing moves between activity and reflective pauses, and I often suggest small, doable experiments to try between meetings. Work can take place in Brighton or remotely, in English, Hindi/Urdu or Kannada, and stays collaborative so you guide tempo and focus. Adolescents and adults facing overwhelming emotions or loss tend to find this hands-on, steady way helpful.
