Experienced clinical psychologist. I provide high quality, evidenced based coaching & treatments for a range of difficulties.

About Me

Feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges is common, and I am here to help. As an experienced clinical psychologist, I work collaboratively with you to understand your unique situation. We draw on high-quality, evidence-based approaches to develop practical strategies. This allows you to navigate difficulties with greater clarity and build lasting coping skills. My aim is to provide a supportive space where you can find a way forward.

Approach

Evidence-led thinking shapes how I organise sessions—clear agendas, flexible pacing and practical goals that respond to what you bring. I work with people in Sydney and online in English, creating a calm, focused setting whether we meet face-to-face or virtually. Sessions blend gentle skill-building, mindful awareness and collaborative problem-solving; between appointments you'll have short, manageable steps to try and reflect on so the work feels actionable. This practical, steady approach suits those navigating anxiety, mood changes, parenting or relationship strain who want achievable progress.
