We focus on clarifying your values and translating them into small, practical steps you can try between sessions, so daily choices begin to reflect who you want to be. In Zurich I offer appointments in English and Spanish and also meet online to fit changing schedules and expat needs. Sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace—short experiments, plain psychoeducation and focused reflection—with attention to anxiety, relationships and life transitions.
