About Me
Approach
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” /C.G. Jung/
The quotation above is the most important of my practical philosophies. I believe and experience that by recognizing and accepting our boundaries, our needs and our strenghts, we are able to learn our potential and create positive impact in both in our lives and in our environment. I am confident that as humanity, our power is the ability of self-awareness or consciousness. By being able to mindfully explore ourselves and our often unconscious psychological mechanisms, we can take control and responsibility for our actions, rather than let our traumas, unknown patterns, behaviors or emotions, self-sabotaging processes or anxiety critically influence our most important decisions in life.

I aim to provide my clients practice-oriented, professional, ethical and humane support in a friendly, accepting and empathetic environment. I use tools and mindsets from schema therapy, short-therm therapy, MBCT, coaching, and other various methods, based on your individual goals and needs. All of the sessions are personalized and with a strong emphasis on being proactive and efficient through the consultations.
For years, I have been constantly working with Hungarian and English-speaking clients from different cultural and religious or spiritual backgrounds, teaching and training internationals at universities and corporations, and I consider myself lucky to have friends from multiple countries. I have a strong interest in philosphy (both western and eastern traditions), the human aspects of business, the psychology of movies, art and literature, and I have been doing various sports through my life. I actively incorporate the values and elements of these experiences in the consultations to help expanding your perspectives. My scientific background is important to me, as I find evidences, systematic and critical thinking and evaluation skills, vital instruments for working as a therapist. I'm actively experimenting to use various techniques in my own life as well, to be able to share validated experience and proven methods.
I work with individuals, organizations, leaders, and couples who are eager to develop themselves in various areas such as: self-awareness and self-confidence, stress management, burnout, overcoming toxic situations and relationships, personality analysis, career change, feelings of anxiety and drifting, breaking out of maladaptive patterns, time management and being efficient, improving communication, behavioral dependencies, uncovering beliefs / limitations / values and strengths, relationship issues, developing self-acceptance and mindfulness and other various topics. I also mentor professionals in the mental health industry.
I'm fortunate having the opportunity to work with an extremely diverse range of clients, including men and women, foreigners and Hungarians, students and top executives, doctors, artists, engineers and representatives of many occupations, across various age groups. In the business field, I have collaborated with individual entrepreneurs and SMEs, startups, and leaders of companies with multimillion-dollar turnovers, mostly providing executive and business coaching, training and psycheducational services.
