About Me

I am a Clinical Social Worker in Sherwood, Eastern Cape, South Africa. I help you with grief, anxiety, trauma, pregnancy and fertility issues, and personal development. I use Brain Working Recursive Therapy, EMDR, somatic psychotherapy, and individual therapy.

Approach

Therapy here leans on steady, practical pacing that honours how trauma, grief and anxiety map onto the body and memory. I work with you in Port Elizabeth or online, in English or Afrikaans, shifting between somatic noticing, memory processing and focused, brief interventions. We set small goals, practise grounding and use guided resourcing so you feel safer as painful material comes up and change feels possible.
