Mr Andrew Martin

Registered Clinical Psychologists

Passionate about human potential. I strive to go beyond the alleviation of psychological suffering and towards the promotion of personal growth.

About Me

As a Registered Clinical Psychologist, I believe therapy can be a journey towards profound self-discovery. Beyond alleviating distress, I help individuals cultivate their innate strengths and unlock new possibilities. Our collaborative sessions offer a space to explore your unique potential, building on what already works well. This approach is ideal for those seeking to move beyond current challenges and towards a more fulfilling, growth-oriented life.

Approach

Therapy here starts with revealing your strengths and shaping them into practical steps for fuller living. I offer sessions in Sandton and online, in English and Afrikaans, paced to your rhythm so progress feels manageable rather than overwhelming. In session we use structured assessment, experiential exercises and mindful practice to translate insight into daily routines and parenting, performance or grief-related adjustments between meetings. People facing anxiety, mood struggles, trauma or performance pressure often find this collaborative, growth-focused pace helpful.
