I am a Clinical Psychologist providing psychoanalytical psychotherapy for adults aged 18 and over. I offer a non-judgemental space for you to explore deep-seated patterns influencing your present life. Through understanding past experiences and unconscious dynamics, we can work towards lasting personal change. This approach suits individuals seeking to understand themselves better, especially around unwanted patterns in life and relationships which persist despite effort to amend them. Each session invites careful reflection, moving at your own pace.

Approach

Sessions unfold in gentle investigation. You bring what is on your mind and in your heart, along with what is happening in your life. I follow and offer what I see, both in the material you bring and in what unfolds in the therapy room, assisting you in coming to a deeper understanding. We can meet in person, or through secure online sessions. I am fully bilingual, working in Afrikaans or English.
