Anna

Dr Anna Perlina

Psychotherapist

I’m here to support you, help you process your experiences, navigate challenges, and activate your resources. I will always be on your side.

About Me

I am here to support you, offering a calm, confidential space to explore what you're facing. Together, we can gently process your experiences, making sense of difficult feelings and patterns. We will activate your inner resources, helping you navigate challenges with greater confidence. Clients seeking a steadfast ally to understand themselves and build resilience will find a supportive partner here.

Approach

You’ll notice I balance attentive listening with gentle challenges, creating space to try new responses to stress, anger and difficult relationship moments. I work from Berlin and offer sessions in English, German, Russian or Ukrainian, both in person and online to fit your life. Sessions move at a steady, collaboratively set pace: we clarify patterns, practice small experiments and build practical habits between meetings so progress feels tangible. This way of working often helps people facing transitions, burnout, anxiety or relationship strain.
