Through my practice I intend to offer a warm, collaborative space to express your inner world. Through our therapeutic alliance we can delve into your relationships, work, beliefs, values through a person centred and psychodynamic- relational approach. Along with that I also integrate expressive art-based and somatic based tools to help you make sense of your experiences. If you seek short-term clarity or profound, long-term understanding about yourself, this approach is for you. My aim is to help you find new ways to express yourself and navigate life's challenges.

Approach

Sessions tend to move between quiet reflection and more active, embodied experiments that help you notice patterns beneath everyday struggles. I work with clients in New Delhi and online, offering conversation in English and Hindi/Urdu and pacing each meeting to your rhythm so insights can be explored safely between sessions. Through depth-oriented dialogue, creative media and body-aware practices we map relational and life-transition challenges into stories you can reshape. This way of working often suits young adults and anyone seeking clearer direction or deeper self-understanding.
