I am a passionate clinical psychologist, here to help young and adult individuals create a better life. If you face emotional or behavioural challenges, relationship issues, or mental health disorders, we can work together. I guide you in exploring these struggles, fostering clarity and growth. Our sessions offer a collaborative space to understand patterns and build practical strategies for lasting change.

Helping people navigate life transitions and relationship strains, I work collaboratively to turn insight into doable steps. In my Tirana office or online, in Albanian or English, sessions are steady, focused and paced to your needs. We use assessment, psychoeducation and reflective exercises to clarify patterns, try small experiments between sessions and build skills for emotional regulation and healthier interactions. This way of working suits adults and couples ready for practical, compassionate change.
