About Me

I support individuals navigating complex trauma and its physical expressions, such as chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia. As a somatic trauma psychotherapist, I help you gently connect with your body's wisdom to process past experiences. This approach is especially helpful if your body holds unresolved tension or you feel stuck. Together, we can find a path towards greater ease and stability.

Approach

When sensations keep you stuck, therapy unfolds through gentle tracking, titration and focused attention to what shows up here and now. I meet adults in Melbourne, working in English in a calm room where we slow the pace and use movement, breath and guided focus to notice shifts. Sessions blend close noticing with short experiments and grounding between meetings so change feels manageable rather than overwhelming. This way of working often helps people with long-standing pain, persistent fatigue or chronic overwhelm feel steadier and more in charge.
