Miss Audice Nasser

Registered Psychotherapist

I am a registered Psychotherapist and a Couple Therapist for PTSD provider and a Brainpsotting Consultant with Brainspotting Canada As a Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist (C.Hyp™), I am registered with the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA), the National Guild of Hypnotists.

About Me

I help couples navigate the complexities of PTSD. We work to transform shared trauma into understanding and connection. I use Brainspotting, a focused technique, to gently process deep-seated experiences. This helps clients find calm and clarity. My approach offers a collaborative space to rebuild trust and move forward together.

Approach

Starting from the shared work of rebuilding trust, we move into focused, paced sessions that gently track bodily sensations and moments of connection to access and process distressing memories. In Toronto or online, in English or Arabic, sessions are steady and collaborative: we establish safety, set small goals, and use guided attention to help emotions and memories shift without overwhelm. Between sessions I offer short practices to stabilise progress and honour what emerges. Couples and individuals dealing with PTSD or complicated grief often find this paced, embodied approach comforting and effective.
