“ About Me I am a clinical psychologist who believes that healing happens when people feel genuinely understood, not judged or “fixed.” My work is grounded in empathy, emotional safety, and practical psychological tools that help clients make sense of their inner world and regain control over their lives. What It’s Like to Work With Me Clients often describe me as calm, validating, and gently structured. I listen deeply and help you put words to experiences that may feel confusing or overwhelming. Who I Help I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, panic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and stress related to life transitions. I especially support individuals who appear “high-functioning” on the outside but feel emotionally stuck, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside. My Approach My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, emotional regulation, and insight-oriented frameworks. I tailor therapy to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. What I Do I provide psychological therapy focused on helping individuals understand their emotions, thoughts, and patterns of behavior. My work involves supporting clients in managing emotional distress, developing healthier coping strategies, and building greater self-awareness. I help clients feel more grounded, emotionally What I Help With Anxiety, panic attacks, and persistent worry Emotional dysregulation and overwhelm Stress, burnout, and difficulty coping with pressure Relationship challenges, attachment concerns, and boundary-setting Low self-esteem, self-criticism, and people-pleasing patterns Adjustment difficulties and life transitions Psychosomatic symptoms linked to stress and anxiety ADHD , Autism and children with Behavioral issues .”
