Miss Ayesha Sharma, BA

Psychotherapist

An experienced psychotherapist with extensive experience working with adolescents and adults using cognitive, relational, somatic therapy.

About Me

As an experienced psychotherapist, I work with adolescents and adults to navigate life’s complexities. We can explore how your thoughts shape your experiences and understand relational patterns that influence your present. Through somatic techniques, for example, we might gently notice physical sensations to process emotions. My integrated approach offers a compassionate space, helping you connect mind, body, and relationships. This can be helpful if you are seeking a deeper, holistic path to personal understanding and growth.

Approach

Rather than offering quick fixes, therapy with me leans into noticing thinking patterns, bodily signals and relational habits as entry points for change. I work from Mumbai and provide sessions in English and Hindi/Urdu, both in person and online, so we can shape a rhythm that fits your life. Sessions are collaborative—brief experiments, reflective conversation and grounded somatic practices help you try out new ways of thinking, relating and calming between meetings. People facing anxiety, trauma, burnout or relationship shifts often find this steady, practical pace useful.
