With 30 years as a clinical psychologist, I offer psychotherapy, known as 'the talking cure'. I help children, adolescents, and adults explore their challenges. Online sessions provide a comfortable space for processing thoughts and feelings. I work in English, my native French, and Italian. This broad experience and linguistic flexibility ensure I can support you effectively, wherever you are.

Approach

Sessions move at a steady, conversational pace where we name patterns, try small shifts and track what changes between meetings. From my Sandton consulting room or online, I switch fluidly between English, French or Italian so language never interrupts the work. We focus on practical, felt adjustments—relationships, life transitions and behaviour concerns—using reflection, targeted questions and collaborative planning to test new ways of relating.
