About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Bushey, England. I offer online psychotherapy for relationship difficulties, ADHD attention challenges, and feelings of inadequacy. I support individuals and couples to improve communication, manage attention, and strengthen self-confidence.

Approach

When life feels cramped by anxiety, shame or messy relationships, I invite curiosity about the small moments that keep you stuck and the choices that loosen them. Working online from London in English, sessions move at a practical, reflective pace—sometimes lively, sometimes quiet—and we set doable experiments between meetings to test new ways of relating and attending. I track attention, communication patterns and self-critical thinking with gentle challenge and collaborative planning so insight becomes clearer day-to-day choice. People juggling attention differences, low self-worth or relationship strain often find this steady, compassionate way helpful.

Services

I offer one-to-one therapy for adults, either online or in person in Bushey. Some people come to therapy with a clear issue — such as anxiety, burnout, shame, or relationship difficulties. Others come with a more general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others.

You don’t need to have a diagnosis or know exactly what’s wrong. Therapy can help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and move toward a way of living that feels more real, grounded, and sustainable.

I also offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see whether it feels like a good fit to work together.

In-person sessions are £70, reflecting the costs involved. Online sessions are £60. I do offer some discounts depending on circumstances so please inquire if that is prohibitive.
