About Me

If you feel stuck, I can work with you to uncover what holds you back and explore your inner resources. We'll gently examine your fears and discover the strengths you already possess. This collaborative process helps build confidence and a clearer, more positive path forward. Clients find a welcoming space for deep reflection, leading to a solid plan for their future. My aim is for you to leave sessions feeling more empowered and ready to move ahead.

I want to offer you new perspectives, practical support, and the opportunity to feel truly heard. My goal is to help my clients put back the joy and meaning in their lives. I firmly believe that by helping a client better understand themselves, and equipping them with some simple tools, they can grow to become the person they always wanted to be. In therapy with me, you can feel free to let your guard down and be your true self. You don’t have to be someone else; you can talk openly about your issues and you’ll never be judged. This is a space where you can be comfortable being honest with me, and honest with yourself.
