Holding gentle attention to how your body stores stories, I guide sessions that slow the pace so we can notice sensations, language and relational patterns with care. In Takaka and online, in English, the room feels practical and exploratory — short somatic practices, reflective prompts and coached movement are woven into session time and simple tasks between meetings. This collaborative, paced way of working helps people and couples map new responses, restore safety and clarify desire, often resonating with those seeking embodied, compassionate change.
