About Us

We are an art therapy practice in Athlone, Western Cape, South Africa. We deliver crisis and addiction counseling, grief and trauma support, and psychological and diagnostic assessments. We run Brain Working Recursive Therapy sessions and corporate workshops for individuals and organisations.

Approach

To tackle anxiety, phobia, grief or addiction we use focused, time-sensitive steps that change unhelpful reactions in-session and leave you with clear, repeatable skills. Sessions in Cape Town or online blend brief BWRT sequences with art-based tasks, offered in English, Afrikaans or other languages to suit you, paced to your readiness. Between meetings we set small, practical exercises and reflections so shifts consolidate without overwhelm. People who want practical, collaborative work that moves quickly through stuck patterns often find this approach helpful.
