About Us

I help children navigate big feelings and challenging experiences. As a child psychotherapist with a PhD, I understand the unique ways young minds process their world. My aim is to create a safe, understanding space where children feel truly comfortable. We can explore emotions through age-appropriate activities and conversation. This supportive environment helps them develop resilience and new ways to express themselves. It fosters confidence for their future.

Approach

Helping children discover different ways of communicating emotions often shapes how sessions unfold: gentle, activity-led and paced to each child's needs. We meet families in San Ramon and online, offering sessions in English and Farsi so parents and schools can stay connected. Sessions blend playful tasks, focused observations and short goal-setting, with practical strategies and regular caregiver check-ins to support day-to-day life.
