About Us
We are a mental health organisation in Colombo 02, Western Province, Sri Lanka. We offer corporate workshops, psych and diagnostic assessments, consultations, and confidential counseling. Our clinical team includes a licensed Psychologist.
Approach
We work with each person as a collaborator, shaping practical steps in calm, focused sessions held in Colombo in English where attention is paid to pace and clear goals. Sessions move between short, skill-focused exercises and reflective conversations that link what happens here to daily routines, with simple homework to practice new ways of coping between meetings.
