About Me

I offer a compassionate space for all ages, from children aged five upwards to adults. I help individuals and families explore and navigate life's challenges. For younger clients, I use play therapy to support them in expressing feelings. My varied services, from workshops to assessments, provide practical tools and foster resilience. Sessions are available online or in person, tailored to your needs.

Approach

Sessions move from exploration to gentle action, paced around your needs and comfort. Whether through a playful activity with a younger child or values-led experiments for adults, I keep sessions focused, collaborative and practical, often setting small homework between meetings to track what shifts. I work in English, isiXhosa, isiZulu, Sesotho and seTswana, either via secure video or at my Pretoria practice. This way of working tends to suit people seeking clear steps toward less anxiety and greater balance.
