Miss Camille Daligand

Counselor

A passionate and caring counsellor who has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Educated and qualified in South Africa and the UK. I am currently based in France but work with clients all over the the UK and Europe. I am currently doing a Masters Degree in Nutrition and Health.

About Me

As a caring counsellor, I bring over a decade of experience in mental health. Educated in South Africa and the UK, I offer support to clients across the UK and Europe. I provide a calm, dedicated space to explore your concerns. My ongoing Masters in Nutrition and Health deepens my holistic perspective. This broad background helps me guide you in understanding your experiences and finding a way forward.

Approach

My sessions centre on the everyday links between mood, body and identity, helping you notice small patterns that change how you feel. I offer English sessions from Sainte‑Consorce and online for clients across the UK and Europe, keeping our pace gentle and practical so adolescents and adults can engage without overwhelm. We use brief, focused reflections alongside doable between‑session steps—simple routine tweaks, nutrition-aware prompts and identity exploration—so work stays grounded and measurable. This approach often suits people facing attention differences, grief, or questions about body and identity.
