I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can openly explore challenges. Together, we can gently make sense of difficult feelings, helping you find clarity. This adaptable approach supports you through different life stages. It ensures every voice is heard, no matter the relationship dynamic.

Approach

Working with young people and adults across individual, family or couple sessions, I focus on creating a steady, welcoming rhythm where concerns are explored at a comfortable pace. In my Potchefstroom practice I offer Afrikaans and English sessions that blend careful assessment with practical, conversational work so families and individuals leave sessions with clearer steps and renewed perspective. Between meetings I invite small, doable reflections or activities that help insights land in everyday life. This approach suits those seeking thoughtful, collaborative change.
