Carla Siri

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

I help non-binary and other LGBTQ people actualize their potential and discover unique pathways forward.

About Me

My practice provides an affirming space for non-binary and other LGBTQ individuals. We explore your identity and aspirations together. This collaborative process helps you navigate challenges unique to your experience. We uncover your strengths, cultivating a life that genuinely feels like your own. You will find support to actualise your potential and build your authentic path.

Approach

Therapy moves from identity toward lived shifts: we attend to sensations, stories, and small experiments that change daily choices. Sessions in my New York office—offered in English and Spanish—are paced to hold safety while gently tracking how anxiety, relationships, chronic illness, or HIV intersect with your body and rhythms. I use somatic invitations, grounded reflection, and practical between-session practices so you can notice patterns and try new responses. This way of working tends to help people seeking a grounded, body-informed path through mood, connection, and health.
