It can be challenging when worries disrupt your peace. I create a warm, confidential space where adults and children can gently explore concerns affecting their contentment. Together, we can make sense of difficult feelings. This helps you voice what’s truly on your mind. My aim is to help you find clarity and a path towards greater inner calm. This is a place where every feeling is truly welcome.

When worries unsettle your day, I guide people of all ages through gentle, focused sessions that prioritise listening and small, manageable steps. Sessions in Enniskerry or online, conducted in English, move at a pace you set, using simple check-ins and creative or conversational ways suited to different ages. We notice patterns, try practical strategies between meetings, and slowly build confidence in coping with anxiety or low mood. This approach tends to suit those who want a calm, collaborative space to make sense of feelings and find steadier balance.
