Experienced practice guides me to shape sessions that move at your pace, where music and rhythm become a gentle bridge to feelings that are hard to name. In my Pretoria room I work in English and Afrikaans, inviting simple improvisation, guided listening and occasional songwriting so we can explore patterns, memory and bearing through creative action; between meetings I often suggest small, practical musical tasks to notice shifts. People facing grief, transition or cognitive change tend to find this steady, collaborative way helpful.
