I understand how overwhelming life challenges, anxiety, grief, or trauma can feel. As a compassionate counsellor, I offer a supportive space to explore these experiences. We can work together using practical strategies from CBT and solution-focused therapy. My aim is to guide you towards clarity, relief, and tangible direction. This client-focused approach equips you with tools for daily living.

Approach

Sessions move between focused reflection and practical skill-building, as we set small, clear goals and test simple changes that reduce overwhelm and sharpen choices. I work in English from Cape Town and online, keeping sessions structured yet responsive — short breathing or grounding practices, thought-mapping, role-plays for anger or rehearsal for difficult conversations, and agreed between-session tasks to practise what feels doable. The pace is collaborative and steady; people facing grief, trauma or persistent anxiety often find this hands-on, supportive way grounding and useful.
