About Me

I offer a compassionate space where we can work together, tailored precisely to your needs. My focus is helping you discover and strengthen your inner resilience. For your convenience, sessions are available online or in person in St James, Muizenberg. We'll explore practical ways to navigate life's challenges, building your capacity to adapt and thrive.

Approach

You’ll notice the pace is steady and collaborative, shaped around what you need most so we can strengthen resilience with clear steps and gentle reflection. Sessions take place in English, either online or in my St James, Muizenberg consulting room, and feel focused yet relaxed — we set small, practical goals and revisit them together. I use assessment and psychotherapy tools to track progress, often offering brief between-session tasks to consolidate learning. This way of working tends to suit adults navigating loss, adoption questions, career shifts or burnout.
