About Me

I’m Celina, and I offer a collaborative space for people navigating altered or non-consensual reality. Drawing on the Therapeutic Accompaniment framework and the Hearing Voices Movement, I help you explore these unique experiences. We work together to find understanding and new ways to live well, without judgment. This approach is ideal for those seeking a validating, human-centred partnership on their journey.

Approach

You’ll notice a steady, companionable pace as we make sense of unusual or intrusive experiences together, staying attentive to emotions, safety, and daily rhythms. From my base in Lisbon I offer sessions in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and I’m available online so our work can fit around your life. Sessions mix calm, curious reflection with practical steps—safety planning, coping experiments and advocacy when needed—so insights become usable between meetings. This approach tends to help adolescents, adults and groups seeking validation and clearer ways to live well.
