Approach
I offer short term therapies _ approximately 1_6 sessions. I have seen over the years that even 1 session of therapy makes a huge difference and many clients have testified how the first session gave then insight and helped them start the journey to emotional growth. In my practice the first session is usually long because i consider coming to therapy a big decision and I love to make it work for you.
