Life can throw unexpected challenges, often leaving you feeling alone or overwhelmed. I am here to create a truly safe space where we can gently explore these 'curveballs' together. Our sessions offer a supportive partnership, helping you to understand your experiences. You never have to navigate difficult times by yourself. It would be an honour to walk alongside you, offering guidance and a steady presence.

Approach

When life upends plans, I meet you with steady curiosity and practical steps that make the next move feel less overwhelming. In Subang Jaya or online, in Cantonese or English, sessions are paced to your rhythm—we check in, explore what’s most pressing, and agree on small experiments you can try between meetings. Together we map patterns, unpack grief or anxiety, and build usable coping strategies that fit daily life. This way of working tends to suit adults navigating transitions, burnout or loss.
