Ms Cheryl Pruss

Clinical Psychologist

Experienced in working with all age groups, who suffer from depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, individually or as couples

About Me

I offer a compassionate space where individuals and couples, of all ages, can explore difficult feelings. I guide clients navigating depression, anxiety, or personality disorders. Drawing on an integrative approach, I tailor our work to your unique needs. Sessions are designed to help you understand challenges and build resilience. My aim is to support you in finding clearer paths forward.

Approach

Working with people across ages and relationship stages, I focus on how we do the work together so change feels manageable. I offer sessions in Randburg and online in English, paced to suit adolescents, adults, couples and older clients while keeping practical focus between meetings. In sessions we map patterns from past hurts and losses to current mood, gently test new ways of relating, and practise small experiments and grounding strategies between appointments to build steadier responses. This approach often helps those facing trauma, grief, mood or relationship strains find clearer footing.
