About Us

We are a licensed mental health organisation in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. We hold SKJ and NIP registrations. We offer child and adolescent therapy, child psychiatric and diagnostic assessment, and counseling.

Approach

Sessions are organised around small, concrete goals so children can feel steady progress and families can track what changes between meetings. In Amsterdam or online, in English or Spanish, we mix short, active tasks, gentle reflection and practical strategies that children try at home; parents receive simple feedback and coaching between sessions. Assessment informs the pace and the tools we use, keeping things manageable and relevant to school and home life. This way of working often suits families seeking clear, achievable steps forward.
