About Me

I offer psychotherapy to help children, adolescents, young adults, and their families navigate life's challenges. Our sessions provide a safe, understanding space to explore feelings and develop new ways of coping. I work collaboratively to make sense of difficulties, supporting each individual's unique journey while strengthening family connections. This approach helps young people build resilience and families find clearer paths forward together.

Approach

Focusing on young people and their families, I shape therapy around small, practical steps that feel manageable and relevant to everyday life. We meet in my Randburg practice, working in English, and I keep sessions paced to each person—sometimes structured assessments, sometimes quieter reflection—so progress is steady rather than rushed. Between meetings I suggest short experiments or family activities that clarify patterns and strengthen coping. This way of working often suits those seeking clear, collaborative support through change.
