As a clinical psychologist, I help people navigate the complexities of anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, and low self-esteem. I offer a compassionate space where we can gently explore your experiences. Together, we'll understand patterns and find new ways forward. My aim is for you to feel truly heard and supported. If you're struggling with these feelings, my experience can guide you towards greater well-being.

Approach

We focus on small, practical shifts—session by session I help you test ideas, notice patterns and build skills that ease intense feelings and improve daily functioning. I meet with adolescents and adults in Nairobi and online, working in English to keep our work accessible and consistent. Sessions blend focused skill practice, emotion-focused reflection and short-term solution work; between meetings I offer brief, doable tasks and space to notice what changes. This way of working suits those facing trauma, mood or attention challenges who want steady, practical progress.
