About Me

I offer a supportive space for individuals and families facing mental, behavioural, or emotional challenges. For children and adolescents, I use Play Therapy, providing a safe way to express difficult feelings and develop coping skills. This helps younger clients navigate their world. Adults receive tailored therapeutic approaches, designed to address their unique needs and foster resilience. My aim is to help you or your child find clarity and well-being.

Offering a range of clinical supports, I structure sessions to blend focused assessment with playful, developmentally attuned activities for children and reflective dialogue for adults. In Pretoria and via secure online sessions, conducted in English or Afrikaans, meetings tend to be steady and collaborative, with small achievable goals and occasional home or school tasks to track progress. For younger clients play helps surface emotions and organise behaviour, while adolescents and adults benefit from targeted assessment, psychoeducation and trauma-informed pacing between appointments.
