If you need a space to talk, my practice offers compassionate support. I am here for you, providing therapy in ways that suit your life. You can choose face-to-face sessions, connect by phone, or meet online from your preferred location. This approach aims to make seeking support straightforward and accessible when you need it most.

When you need to talk, I offer a steady, practical way of working that fits around life in Aberdeen or from wherever you connect in English or Polish. Sessions move at your pace: we name what matters, try out small, manageable steps between meetings, and check what helps and what doesn’t — useful for anxiety, grief, trauma or addictive patterns. With children I use clear, gentle structuring so families feel involved. People who want straightforward, collaborative support tend to find this approach helpful.
