Our collaborative sessions blend insightful reflection with practical tools, fostering resilience and a path forward.

Ante la ansiedad, el duelo o el desarraigo me centro en cómo se vive cada sensación y qué pequeñas prácticas permiten sostener el día a día. Trabajo en español desde mi consulta en Palermo y también en línea, ajustando ritmo, frecuencia y tareas según tu disponibilidad y contexto. Las sesiones alternan reflexión sobre vínculos con pasos concretos para reducir la activación y revisar lo vivido entre encuentros, siempre con espacio para modificar el camino según lo que aparezca. Este modo suele servir a adultos que quieren convertir el malestar en recursos prácticos y relacionales.
